The Climber Dashboard is your home base in Hats & Ladders. It’s where you’ll find everything you need to explore careers, learn skills, and complete your assignments.

Top Features on Your Dashboard:

  1. Left-Side Menu: Use this menu to navigate to different parts of Hats & Ladders:

    • Dashboard: Brings Climbers back to the home page.
    • Hats: Climbers can explore careers by cluster.
    • Career Climbs: Allows Climbers to browse multi-Ladder activities by topic.
    • Ladders: Allows Climbers to find specific activities that build knowledge and skills.
  2. Quick Stats: You’ll find three sections that help track your progress:

    • Hats: Shows how many careers you have saved.
    • Core Type: Your results on the Check My Core Personality ladder show which characteristics best match your personality. Complete the assessment inside the course to find out your results and use it to help guide the careers you explore!
    • Work Values: Your score on Check My Work Values ladder helps you identify what matters most to you in a career. Complete the assessment to find out your results!
  3. My Assignments: Below the quick stats, Climbers will see their currently assigned Career Climbs. Each Career Climb includes:

    • Description: Title, XP, and estimated time 
    • Progress Status: Not Started, In Progress, or Complete.
    • Due Date: To keep you stay on track.
  4. Notifications: In the top-right corner, find alerts about new assignments, changes to due dates, and more. These help you stay updated on what’s happening.

  • Start with My Assignments to see what your coach has planned for you.
  • Use the left-side menu to explore different sections and discover new learning activities.
  • Check your notifications regularly so you never miss an update.
