Rostering: Simplified Access and Management
With our new rostering capabilities, districts and provider agencies can manage staff and participant access:
- Staff: Create groups and add staff & coaches to manage program implementation.
- Coaches: Add climbers to groups individually and download login cards to support climber onboarding.
- Climbers: Log in using either a Google account or a username/password set up by their Coach.
This streamlined rostering process gives sites complete control of access & provisioning and ensures efficient management of all Hats & Ladders users.
Career Climbs: Structured Pathways to Build Essential Skills
Career Climbs provide participants with sequenced, structured learning activities to build need-to- know work readiness skills. These multi-ladder learning modules combine engaging instructional content with interactive assessments, focusing on key topics such as:
- Powerskills: Develop critical social-emotional skills to navigate workplace challenges.
- Getting the Job: Perfect resumes, interviews, and job search strategies.
- Money Skills: Master budgeting and money management fundamentals.
- Workplace Readiness: Navigate professional environments with clear and effective communication.
Coaches can easily assign Career Climbs to Groups, set due dates, and track participant progress through the new Career Climbs Report.
